The BlackBerry Desktop Software is developed by BlackBerry for Windows. The program is freeware and is designed to connect BlackBerry devices to Windows computers. Once connected, you can access your BlackBerry PDA from your computer as if it were any other device.
This program excels in its simplicity. You don’t have to be an advanced Windows user or an advanced BlackBerry user. It just works, and you can transfer all types of files back and forth between your computer and your PDA. You can do this manually or you can set it up to synchronize. Arrive home from work, attach your BlackBerry and have all of the new items from the day backed up. Make any changes during the evening, and they’ll be automatically pushed to your device.
